Due to our delivery volume, we setup three hour windows which you can choose when selecting your delivery time on our website. We will try our best to have the product delivered to you within that time frame considering weather/traffic conditions if a delivery is running late we will contact you and provide a status.
Wedding cakes and more complex custom orders are subject to their own delivery pricing which will be quoted to you upon booking.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive your order at the chosen time when we arrive, if someone is not there we will return the product back to Cake Royale and you will be notified by email that your product is there and can be picked up or a new delivery can be arranged which is subject to an additional delivery charge. We do not leave our products on doorsteps.
We love to be a part of your special events and especially surprise parties but please be aware that if you order our products the receiving party should be notified that a food delivery item will be coming. Cake Royale is not responsible for orders that are rejected due to customers not being notified of a delivery coming. We will contact you by email and return the order back to our shop for pickup or a new delivery can be arranged with an additional charge.
